Today I ran 50 miles and I have a new jacket to prove it.
It was such an amazing day, my face might be the most tired from all the smiling I have done today. I am not sure how I will capture it all in words, but I will try… I have so many things to tell you all! Not tonight though, this body is tired.
Today wouldn’t have been half as amazing without the support from my amazing crew.
Seriously they are the best.
You know who else is the best? YOU GUYS. From blog comments, to emails, to tweets, to facebook posts… I was overwhelmed with love, support and cheers today.

Absolutely incredible, Aron. CONGRATULATIONS! There was never a single doubt in my mind about you dominating the shit out of this race. It’s so rewarding to watch someone train so passionately for something, and your dedication and commitment to this goal was admirable and inspiring. Can’t wait to read all the sweaty details. I totally admit to checking in on Page’s twitter and the AR50 results page throughout the day yesterday, but alas, as I live in London I had to get to sleep before you where done…so I was very excited to see this update today! As Ali posted above, there was never any doubt in my mind that you would complete this, with such diligent training as you’ve put in. CONGRATS!
