Weekly Recap: Loving It

Last week was a great week for me.  I got in a ton of running plus was able to squeeze in some fun cross-training as well!  I am seriously loving my new schedule and have settled into my new routine pretty well.  On top of that I loved every workout I got in this week.  With so many great friends and some great places to run, how could I not love them all?

Yoga will be a huge benefit to you and your running. Did you like it? I started it up again, 3 weeks ago. I really like how it makes me feel. ;)
