I still remember the first time I got handed a chocolate milk after a race and thought it was the best thing ever! Not only was it delicious, but it was something I could actually stomach after pushing myself in a race. At the time, I really didn’t know about the positive effects it had on recovery, but now there is even more of a reason to love chocolate milk and got milk? has launched a campaign all about it!
