Whew I am tired. I think I made it through the most tiring parts of the weekend! Now I just have a little marathon to run in the morning.
Last night after a busy day at work I drove into San Francisco for an Ambassador celebration dinner! It was so fun to get to meet so many of the people I have been interacting with all year and put a face to a name and twitter handle.
I made it home around 10pm, was asleep around 11 with the alarm set for 5:45am. I was back up and in the city by 7:30am for more fun!
We kicked off marathon eve with the lululemon shake out run and I got to see a ton of bloggers, including Tonia from across the country! We did some stretching, ran a short easy run, then headed to the Ferry Building for some nutritious carbs.
Runners take over the Embarcadero ![]()
How do you know you’re a running blogger?
Running bloggers on a mission: find organic donuts carbs and coffee.
Then it was expo time!
We picked up our bibs and shirts and ran into Kim from Boston! Kim won my SFM entry giveaway way back when and I am so excited she is here for the race!
Then I had more Ambassador fun for a couple hours where I got to meet and see lots of friends and help people out with their questions.
And stare at the map of what I will be running tomorrow. 26 miles is a long way to go!
I was wiped out, but finally made it back to the easy bay where I ate some amazing carbs with a few amazing girls.
Now it’s finally setting in that I am running marathon #11 in the morning… yikes! Time for some rest, 3am is going to come quick.
See you after the race!

You will rock it Aron!

Ha — I’m in the background of the fourth picture (behind the girl with the lavender headband, on her left).
I saw you during the Lululemon run and wanted to say hi (because I’ve been reading your blog for the past six months or so and love it), but you were with friends and I was super shy, ha ha.
Looks like lots of fun but EEEK so hectic & busy in the days leading up to a marathon!
